Operation 36 Junior Golf Academy
Our Operation 36 Academy runs in three eight-week semesters—spring, summer, and fall. Juniors attend weekly age-based skills classes and compete in bi-weekly Op36 Matches, starting close to the green and progressing outward as they improve. This structure blends consistent instruction with real on-course experience, helping players build confidence and advance through the program in a fun, motivating way.

PGA Jr. League
PGA Jr. League brings juniors together in a fun, team-based format where players represent The Dominion Club in matches against other local clubs. Using a supportive, scramble-style play format, golfers learn teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship while enjoying a friendly level of competition. It’s an ideal step for juniors looking to build confidence on the course and experience the excitement of team golf.

VSGA Jr. Golf Circuit
The VSGA Junior Golf Circuit offers juniors the chance to compete in a season-long series of 9-, 18-, and 36-hole tournaments across Virginia. Players test their skills against others in their age division while gaining valuable competitive experience in a supportive, professionally run environment. It’s an excellent pathway for juniors looking to challenge themselves and grow through tournament golf.
